Amelie brings extensive international experience across high-growth environments and established global organisations, combining strong people practices with the agility needed in fast-evolving sectors. She focuses on aligning people strategy with business priorities to drive performance and organisational effectiveness.

She joined Engitix in 2022 and is Senior Director of People and Culture, where she plays a key role in shaping a diverse, scalable organisation to support the company’s long-term ambitions.

Amelie joined Engitix from SparkBeyond, a global artificial intelligence company focused on data-driven discovery and decision-making, where she led people strategy across EMEA, the US and APAC, partnering closely with leadership through periods of significant change and expansion.

Earlier in her career, she held talent and HR roles across fintech, deep tech, and logistics, driving hiring and capability building at companies including FactSet and Genco (a FedEx company), with experience in Canada.

Throughout her career, she has led global restructuring initiatives and supported international expansion across more than 10 countries and regulatory environments. She has also implemented commercial and people frameworks to improve performance, scalability, and predictability. She brings a strong understanding of how to support science-led organisations in scaling effectively while maintaining focus on delivery and impact.

Amelie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Canada.
